Out of all the hammertoe solutions I bought, this is the only one I have worn for more than 5 minutes. It is made of a very soft, flexible gel, so I don't know how much probability there is that this item will reshape your toes. But if you get the right size, it will be comfortable and will offer some kind of pain relief by keeping the wayward toe where you want it. It is also great for keeping 2 toes separated if that is what you need. I purchased size S and wear it as noted in description 1. It fits nicely on my second toe with the bulky portion between that toe and the large first toe. This enforces separation of those 2 toes without using something rigid or super bulky. You have to make sure you have the proper size in order for it to stay on your toe without cutting off circulation. With a bigger size, I have also been able to wrap it around the 2nd and 3rd to to "sister" them without having to use tape. The bulky portion can still go up against the 1st toe in this arrangement. At the end of the day, I simply remove the toe guard, wash it with soap and let it dry for the next day.

Great for travel or on my feet all day… New problem for me. These are soft and fit snug. So great to cushion the top of my 2nd toe and most importantly, do not take up room in my flats, heels or tennis shoes!! They stay on pretty well while barefoot around the house too and wash up easy-peasy. Love them.

This doesn’t actually straighten a hammer toe. But it does provide essential padding under the toe and a gel cushion between the bend in your toe and a shoe. It does prevent ulcers and open wounds from occurring. I use these every day and they really make a difference in the comfort of my feet. The reason I gave this four stars is because of the misleading statement that these straighten hammer toes.

They sent me 3 packs, but all 3 were "medium". When you order 3, ione expects one each of "small, medium, and large". I put the medium on my second toe which had developed a bent knuckle, pressing it against the big toe. The medium toe straightener was too short. It pushed the toe down, increasing the bend My 2 toes became more painful than without the straightener. 2 1/2 months later, they seem to be healing. Toes come in many sizes; Nolimvita should send a variety of sizes.

Doesn’t straighten anything. A hammer toe is a deformed toe that bends inward. With anything purchased the goal is to ease the pain, usually the middle toes. The description tries to claim too much! There other products sold here and elsewhere that work to ease the discomfort of an ingrowing toenail because of a bent toes. Someone is trying to manage but not cure bent toes. Best advice—see a podiatrist!

great for the start of hammer toes and they don't hurt!

I don’t normally write reviews, but this one was worth it. I put this on my older dad’s hammertoe (the middle toe on his left foot) and he had immediate relief. He loves it. I still see his second toe next to his big toe folding over, but working with this first. No idea long term if this will help the issue, but he is so happy that he isn’t walking with pain at the moment, which makes me very happy. He says it is not uncomfortable on his toe. All I can say is this may not work for everyone, but for the price it’s worth the try.
