Not sure where Doug got his information, I contacted the company directly and they told me "conceptualized and designed in the US and produced in China in a state of the art GMP Certified Facility."

Does it have almond oil in it? Or grapefruit oil?

The bottle says "unrefined golden jojoba oil" and "unrefined Moroccan arban oil"

Is the beard balm included in the kit a 2 oz container?

Does your beard oil work as a growth oil as well?

No, for growth, you'd look for Rosemary and perhaps Black Seed Oil.
