I don’t know what is in this product for sure, but it relieves cramps almost immediately. My husband works in the heat a lot, and he gets cramps, but one big squirt of the cramp it and they are gone. I never and without it thank you

Just did a Spartan Beast- 13 miles on a ski slope can make every muscle cry out in pain… but… this stuff worked!! Cramps went away within minutes- allowing me to walk less and run more. BUT… it literally tastes like when you burp vomit inside your mouth!! At no point did the thought of espresso cross my mind (that’s the “flavor” I had). I literally gagged each time I took one, then was overwhelmed by the awful taste of this very liquidy product. Don’t get me wrong- I will keep using it because it worked… but I would not wish this taste on anyone… except for Brian… Brian is a tool.

Bad taste. Difficult to swallow. Seemed to help with cramps. Pickle juice a much more palatable choice.
