Purchase because I have lower back pain. This is a wonderful Massager! It actually works. It loosen those tight muscles on my lower back and spine. You can set it a different level of massage. I use it at the lowest setting. It also has a heat setting. I am so happy I purchased this massager. I was lucky enough to get to try it out before purchasing, since my daughter had one.

Wow!!! I have received this, what I will be calling from now on: "miracle worker " just 1h ago and and I am 100% "SOLD". I have been having almost daily headaches in the past 6 month from tightening on my neck and shoulder blades. . There are days..... I hurt so bad. 😞 I am used to pushing through pain, I have done PT for chronic neck pain before and it has brought me some relief... but it's short lived. I have tried cupping, several other devices and NOTHING have been able to target and pin point the tension and trigger points on my neck and shoulder blades such a this device. PROS: My FAVE feature of all.... it is giving me the independence and freedom of addressing my pain on my own, without having to ask help to get to the painful spot and it will save me hundreds of dollars on PT co-pays. This Resteck massager, is portable, farely light weight, easy to move around until you find your trigger spots, pains and aches.... and it will work relentlessly on it until you find relief. This lil machine is POWERFUL. It applies the necessary pressure to work through the most stubborn knots and muscle tension. It a "heat" feature that brings good warmth to help with muscle relation, but you can turn it on and off as you wish. All the the controls are on left side for easy access at your fingertips. It offers 3 different apeeds, 2 different directions on the rollers to customize your massage to your preference. It is corded, so you don't have to worry about charging batteries and you can even use it in the car, it comes with an additional car plug (I haven't tried that yet). Very affordable for the effectiveness and high quality of the product. I love that it came with a very well constructed bag, for convenience storage or to take on a trip too. CONS: not many really.... but so far, I wish it was dual voltage 110v-220v to take on international trips. It is bulky. And I am sure some people would prefer something rechargeable and cordless for easier mobility while using it. But I personally love that it's wall plugged so I don't have to worry about not being able to use it when I want for lack of charge. I didn't get paid or get any "freebies" from this review. This massager just have brought me so much needed relief, I think others need to know that you don't have to live in pain. I can't comment on durability since I have had this for just 1 day..... but I will add more pics and video later on when I get a chance.

I’ve had a monthly session with a therapist for 2 years and am very familiar with good therapy. This massager truly gets the job done. I love that it’s portable and has a car charger to even use on the road which is often times when my shoulders and neck will tense up. Highly recommend. I use it on lower, middle back. Shoulder blades, top of shoulders, neck and bottom of head where ears connect and it takes all my pain away. I workout heavy 5 days a week and this is my lifesaver for recovery and maintenance. Nice bag that is way to store in and out without complications. Heating on it is awesome. If I had to say improvements needed it would only be on the material as it’s a bit of a rough mesh and can be rough on bare skin if applying a good bit of pressure for 2-3 rounds.

From the moment I turned this massager on I could tell it was going to be amazing. The kneading motion really goes deep into your muscles. All I could feel at first were the knots in my shoulders bumping and crackling under the massaging tips. They smoothed out and now my shoulders feel very relaxed. The heat feature is nice too. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the handles are too short. I wish the straps were longer with different choices on where to rest your hands. My arms bent too much at the elbow they went numb. I do have elbow issues so that doesn’t help. I think looping a strap at the ends will solve that problem. So far I have only used it once and do really love it. The bag it comes with is cute and feels like a good quality bag. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This massager works incredibly well on the lower back which is my problem area. After suffering with low back pain for a few days I pulled this out and used it for a full cycle which I think is about 15 mins. It really hurt as it worked on those painful knots so I knew it was doing its job. The next day I felt so much better and the next day my low back pain was gone. I wish it had a longer cord but aside from that I highly recommend it.

I have had severe nerve damage after my neck fusion surgery 4&1/2 years ago.... I was seriously in bed for 3&1/2 years and the ONLY thing to help me FINALLY was an amazing Chiropractor that actually put me on a tension machine to stretch my muscles and allow other vertebrae to slip back into place that had “fallen out of alignment” according to my surgeon 🙄 and there was nothing more that they could do except another surgery! NO THANKS! But even with Chiropractic care every week, I still had completely tense muscles due to the nerves zinging just under my skin, keeping them in a constant state of stress. I have seriously spent hundreds of $ trying to find ANYTHING to help me on a daily basis, because even though the hubby has great hands, he doesn’t need to give me a massage every night and so often, even though He tried, he would always miss “the spot” that hurt the most.... so out of desperation, I turned to my favorite place Amazon, and found this AWESOME massager! Others that I had purchased in the past, I always had to hold one arm or the other up in order to reach the spot on my shoulder blades that is the absolute worst spot, where the muscles were the tightest- and afterwords my arms and neck hurt from holding the long and heavy massager, so it was worse than when I started! Then, I found this amazing massager that I could actually put my arms in and adjust it where I need it the most AND keep my arms down where they are the most comfortable and put less tension on my neck. I can pull this right up into the top of my neck at the base of my skull and work my way all the way down my spine, then move it to the tops of my shoulders and then onto the shoulder blades. It takes ALL the tension away in about 10 minutes after work and I can seriously function at home and take care of my kids, cook and clean and do laundry, whereas before I would probably be in bed with a horrible headache after work- IF I could work at all... I work at a vet clinic and I seriously take it back and forth with me to work and use it on my lunch break! ALL of my co-workers LOVE IT, and ask me if I brought it (some days I forget 🙄) so they can use it! LOVE the carrying case- also one of the reasons I bought it. It is made very well and I put some serious strain on the straps so that I can apply more pressure as I need it! PLEASE LOOK NO FURTHER! Most versatile and well built massager out there made of quality material AND has a case to carry it on vacation, stressful business trips, even take it to work every day like I do!!! This product is magnificent! Incredibly useful on neck knots, tight occipitals/nerve endings on scalp, shoulders, upper back, bum, but *especially* lower back. Will definitely break up your knots and trigger points. It comes with a handy-dandy travel case and a car charger. Pressure of rotating heads can be hard or soft depending on the way you manipulate it...Instant stress relief! What is ever more **outstanding** is the customer service!! I cannot believe this, but the maker of this effective knot breaker upper actually sent me a BRAND NEW one after 2 years of use; it may have still worked with a new plug, but Ted went above and beyond to just send me an entirely new one with bag and car charger without any push back or issues. He stands by his products, and likes happy, relaxed and relieved customers. WHAT a generous and fantastic seller. Highly recommended. Last thing I'll say: I never write recommendations, but felt compelled to tell potential buyers about both its effectiveness and outstanding customer service. You will not regret this purchase, I promise.

In general, gets the job done. Applies just the right amount of pressure. Very comfy! Extra carry-on bag is useful. Make sure to check the type of power plug when ordering.

Massage element works well, though minimal ability to adjust so that the machine stays on lower/gentle settings for those with severe shoulder pain. Minimal heat which is very disappointing as the heat mode was the main reason for going for the more expensive machine, for pain relief. Well made & gives a strong massage.
