The cotton feels real organic and unbleached. The straps are fastened with stainless D rings which makes the castor oil pack easier to use than the difficult buttons or uncomfortable velcro. I like that the castor oil is certified organic, cold pressed and hexane free, bottled in amber glass. I will write another review once I actually use the product. So far so good! Update: I have been using this for several weeks with extra organic cloths and it is very effective! Easy to put on and take off, durable and long lasting, able to fit snugly and stay in place overnight.
