I bought 6 bottles, checked 2, both had 59 pills, not 60 as advertised, though I believe it's still a cheaper option, but the company shouldn't fool people like this, the manufacturing date is Nov 2024, valid till April 2026. I have taken supradyne daily for a long time, I think this is the best and a cheaper option than its counterparts, the coating is sweet, anyone can easily consume it, even without water. Effectiveness is good, but nowhere close to the zincovit gold, but that's 3 times the cost, so it's fine Size is regular like any other pull Energy is okay

Good product.. it has B12 in methylcobalamine form which differentiates from other multivitamin products.. only con is some minerals such as iodine, selenium are missing.. Great product...
