Impressive versatility for the price.
Fantastic product for wired headphones. This increases older headphones or wired audiophile headphones compatiblility. You can use them in more places. I use this with KPH30i and Koss Portapro and Bose SoundTrue II wired headphones from decade ago. This way when the battery of this device break eventually in number of years I don't have to just buy whole new set of headphones. I can just get this! The Range is impressive and mic is good. I work at a call center and use my Koss portapro wired with these on a laptop and iPhone at the same time. Dual connection works great. Optionally this FiiO product gets software updates with the iPhone or android fido app. The latest update is supposed to fix (4-2026) is supposed to fix the volume sensitivity so that the lowest volume can be lower. Definitely worth the 20 bucks and it's from an Audiophile brand you know is going to give you good quality for the price. I mean LDAC for 20 bucks! Very nice a small and easy to use controls on any wired headphones with 3.5mm jack add basically add mic to headphones without one too. Great LDAC quality sound.

Excellent sound, but a bit fragile
This little device is great! It works very well for music with my in-ear monitors. I used it with the KZ S10 Pro and the cable that came with them. Sound quality is great, good highs and lows, latency is low, so no major delay in the sound while watching videos. Buttons are responsive, if a little squishy. Battery life is also pretty good. I was able to make it through my 8-10 hour work day without having to charge the unit. There are two cons to this device, though. 1: The microphone is awful. Do not try to use this for taking calls. The person on the other end either will not be able to hear what is being said, or, if they can hear that SOMETHING is being said, they most likely will not be able to understand. The few calls that I did take using the device were not good. I was told it souded like I was shouting to them from the other end of a very long hallway, or that I had them on speakerphone and was very far away from my phone. The device was clipped to my collar directly under my mouth. I feel that there should have been no issues hearing and understanding me at that small distance. 2: The clip on the back is cheap plastic and will not hold up to even regular use for very long. I was able to take this to work with it clipped to either the collar of my shirt or clipped to my pocket for about a month before the plastic bracket snapped. This isn't an expensive device, and I understand that cheap is cheap, but I expected a bit better out of the clip. Overall, it's a good value for the price, as LDAC headphone adapters are usually expensive items, and the sound is great. Just don't expect it to be able to take any sort of abuse.

Excellent so far!
So, I’ve had this for a day. As usual, I always read all the 1 star reviews before I buy anything. It can point out potential weak spots in an item, and it can be amusing, too! Anyway, I received the product, and as so often happens, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this product, which left me scratching my head over some of the negative reviews. It was smaller than I expected, about the size of my pinky finger and a little wider. Tiny! The headphone jack fit is very tight and secure. It seats as it should. The USB-C port fit is tight and secure, and my cable clicked into place solidly when I charged the device. The button feel is solid and operationally works as advertised. The pocket clip could be beefier (as some other reviewers noted), especially as this unit is so tiny and light. But even with that being said, the headphone jack plugs in so securely that even if this thing falls out of a pocket, it’s not going anywhere unless you step on it. That probably wouldn’t do it any good, lol. But no way would it become detached from the headphones. Pairing was super quick and reliablewith the 3 devices I tried it on. The led indicator shows when it’s in pairing mode, the charge state and the selected bluetooth codec used. I ran it for 3 straight hours right out of the box without charging, then I charged it to full. During that time, no glitches, disconnects or other interference at all. I haven’t yet tested how far the Bluetooth range limit is, but during my initial test I got about 50 feet away from my transmitting device without any dropouts. I think the sound quality is better than a couple similar older devices I have, and I thought those sounded fine. For what it is and the price point, I’m very happy! For reference, my listening tests are using the LDAC codec transmitting from a Hi-Rez audio player through Focal studio headphones. The unit received and processed the LDAC codec as shown by it’s LED display. I am an audio engineer and a recording studio owner. I also do electronic repair. I point this out because I am a “trained” listener, and I have access to some very high-end audio equipment to compare to. So, while this doesn’t sound as good as when my ridiculously expensive studio headphones are plugged direct into my mastering grade headphone amp in the studio, I don’t expect it to. But I do get a very pleasant, high fidelity listening experience with no background noise that I can discern. Of course, overall reliability, reliability of the Bluetooth connection, battery life and overall product life are still in the “who knows” stage, and these are some of the things pointed out by the negative reviews. As always, I’ll amend this review if something changes. But hell, for the price, the technology blows me away. The sound quality blows me away. Even the build quality is acceptably solid from what I can initially tell.

Perfect for making wired headphones wireless
I have only used it for a day but if it ever breaks I will update this review accordingly. Flawlessly connects to my computer and pretty good audio quality. Mic is not very good but that was pretty much expected as its surprising to me that it even has one at all. Battery life is good so far, seems to probably last about a day of use, I bought 2 of them so I can hotswap them whenever one dies. Using it with my HD 599s to make them wireless and it perfectly suits that task. Its also extremely lightweight to the point I might just try attaching a little magnetic strip to my headphones and the btr11 so i can just slap it on and plug it in with a short wire, but for now the clip it has works perfectly for attaching to my headphones as well.

Bang for buck…Best thing I’ve bought in a while!
Works so well! I never really liked the idea of Bluetooth iems and they're really uncomfortable for me that i cant wear them long so i only really use wired iems for workouts so i love that you can turn ANY wired headphones or speakers into Bluetooth with this. Paired it with my hd599 and can use them all day no problem. It definitely beats any of the cheap dongle style dac/amp in terms of flexibility or convenience. Clarity is very close to wired direct and it plays louder than the apple usbc/3.5 jack also the dac/amp with the cx31993/max97220 chip combo when played from my iPhone (iPad can go too loud no matter what i use)…another thing about the dongle style dac/amp that i hate is that it will stop the song if the usbc connection jiggles a little too much and it does it at an annoying rate…this doesn't even cut out when im in other rooms and away from my device. This little thing makes it feel like I'm using a iPod shuffle again…I love it!

Good output, unusable mic input
Sounded nice, straightforward to use. Maybe I got a defective one, but the microphone was _horrible_ -- distorted and low volume. Output for headphones and to stereo worked well, clear indicator of codec being used. Smaller than expected (good). No apparent way to turn off the 'power on' 'power off' sounds, which is really annoying on a stereo. Unusable for portable device, since you can't answer a call with bluetooth connected and have your voice understood with the horribly distorted microphone (again, unless mine is defective).

Best 20 bucks to show you how good audio can be.
Got these to power the FiiO JT7's, cuz I knew that any regular old headphone jack wouldn't give them all the power they need. I think this device is really great cuz it shows you how power hungry headphones use extra power for more than just volume... The headphones get louder, the high end is clearer with less popping, crackle and static (it's still there at the super duper loud volumes, but it's a lot more manageable) No wired option to work which sucks but it's LDAC Bluetooth- which to say it's the best Bluetooth quality you're gonna get. It's got easy controls, works on Linux, to say, it's gonna work on pretty much anything, versatile, and the clip helps it fit on anyone, makes all your headphones portable so Id say that it's plenty stable, and the thing you're looking for.

Compact LDAC
First bluetooth LDAC and second DAC I own, first being the HiBy FC4 with screen. The size of this is much more compact compared to the FC4 and boast a sports clip AND option for a lanyard or wrist strap! The price range is under 20usd so a much want for those who want to turn their cabled iems/earphones and headphones "wirelessly" without buying a BT iem hook adapters and for those who are on a budgetand want to get into the world of DAC. Nothing beats wired cables directly into a DAP or DAC but if you want your cables to be bluetooth, these are decent enough in terms of sound. It is still loud enough, but it isn't too loud compared to a DAC that is physically connected to a DAP/any device. No distortion even when volume is at its max. But there seems to be a sound lost since its bluetooth. The buttons work properly controling the volume and playing and pausing the music. Holding the play/pause button causes it to search for device after a few seconds, however, holding it longer will turn off the LDAC. For less than 20usd (without tax; 20+ with tax) it is not only compact and small, it is lightweight! There is a mic on it but i don't use it as I use this LDAC for listening. You can get way over 3 to 4 hours (more than this) at 100% battery life. For the one I have, at 100%, it dropped to 60% of nonstop listening after 4 hrs connected to my HiBy R6 III on 20 to 50% volume.

Ok
Sound quality is excellent It's nice and loud How many problem is it doesn't always repair when it has to find the Bluetooth device and Range and it doesn't switch itself on when you plug it into USB c. I had a ugreen device before and I will be buying one of those again although I don't hate this
