Crystal form and hence chance of good quality is high, unlikely adulterated
Rock salt is undoubtedly better choice than chemically treated, artificial chemical loaded sea salt. A four or five times price compared to usual sea salt is absolutely justified compared to the benefits, additional necessary minerals and very little consumption. Only issue with rock salt is, finding pure and real rock salt. Due to huge price difference between usual sea salt and rock salt - duplicate, adulterated, spurious rock salt is a very common problem - be it branded or unbranded. Paying four/five times for adulterated usual common sea salt marketed as rock salt is doubly harmful. This particular salt is in crystal form, so very likely not spurious or adulterated. You can easily grind it in mixie or khalbatta (mortar)
