Bad design on cord placement & color
Beautiful white lamp; really glaring design flaw. The BLACK cord is placed on the side facing YOU to it dramatically takes away from beauty of the lamp.Why not place the cord on the back of the lamp, or make the cord white, or better yet place the cord under the lamp base? Frankly, it ruined the whole esthetic of the lamp.

Works but doesn’t
My parents got me this for my birthday and I like it, but it’s been doing some weird stuff. It turned itself on in the middle of the day— I thought I might have accidentally hit a timer setting. But there isn’t one. The other annoying thing that’s happening is the color has been changing. I set it to warm, and it will hold for about an hour, and then it will turn bright white. Not our vibe. I’ve tried all of the obvious ways to reset it, but I’m no electrician.
