I usually purchase down/feather pillows but am finding it no longer supports my needs but only my husbands. I took a chance on ordering after reading so many reviews of so many different pillows offered on line.If you're looking for a balance of a little soft and a little firm at the same time, this may be it. Not recommended for stomach sleepers because it lifts and supports ones head while keeping body in alignment. With my back issues, I can'tsleep on my stomach nor on my back. These are cheap, ordinary pillows. I've had cheap pillows that are better than these! They don't have any weight to them like the ones that we tried and they are quite flat. They also make a crinkly sound when you move your head.
