One great water purifier.
I purchased this MSR water filter, because I needed a new water purifier, and the proven track record of MSR products. While I haven’t had a chance to use it, I have inspected it and read the manual. I’m impressed with its simplicity, quality, ease of use, no filter replacement, simple cleaning procedures, and no noticeable defects. Add to that it was on sale, which made it affordable. Its size and weight make it suitable for backpacking. The materials used in manufacturing means it should be durable and long lasting. Overall I can recommend the purchase of this water purifier.

A MUST HAVE tool.
Everyone should have this. Not only campers, hikers or hunters. This should be in every disaster kit in people’s homes. Very easy to use. Extremely high quality. One thing I do recommend that you do before using it for the first time is to wash off the filter with clean water and let the filter air dry before you use it.

Filters water properly I think.
I thought it would break at the beginning maybe as the water was first piercing through the filter but then eventually it worked fine. I felt as if the handle was going to break on the first 100 pumps.
