## Description

Product description Traditional, crispy, juice, saffron hued Indian sweet made from fermented batter of wheat flour & lentil. The batter is extruded in pretzel like shape, deep-fried and dipped in sugar syrup for few seconds. Jilebies are traditionally enjoyed in India as breakfast with glass of milk. Directions Mix 100g of Gits Jalebi Mix with 190ml of water, stir to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a Gits Jalebi Maker. Heat 500ml of oil or ghee in a shallow pan. Hold the nozzle of the jalebi maker just above the surface of the oil, squeeze to make a pretzel-like shape with the batter, starting from the center and sealing the end in the last half-round. Deep fry on medium heat until crisp and golden. Immerse the jalebi in warm sugar syrup for 20 seconds. Serve hot or cold.
