Great customer support. *by on Reviewed in the United States March 12, 2026* I purchased this Harrison bench 1000 MAX after being disappointed and returning Keppi 3000 bench. If you want to use the leg extension, leg curl and preacher curl. this one is 10 times more functional than the Keppi. It is sturdy and well made. The pads are thicker and more comfortable as well. I though maybe it was me when it came to the leg attachments on the Keppi so i asked a couple friends to try it out. I am 5'11" my buddies were 5'8 and 6'3" and none of us were able to use the Keppi leg attachments. So far myself and the 6'3" friend have tried the leg attachments on the Harrison and we were both able to use it.as far as customer support. Some how i manage to lose the U-ring that locks the leg attachment in place. I reached out to Harrison prepared to pay for a replacement but they sent me a new one free of charge. So that was a pleasant surprise.As far as assembly goes. The instruction manual could be a little clearer. but i am 55 years old and i managed to assemble it in an hour watching some U-tube videos. I would recommend this Harrison bench! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent weight training bench; good build quality *by on Reviewed in the United States June 1, 2026* All things considered, I'm posting a 5 star review. It is a training bench of a good build quality and has the features I was looking for. Assembly did not take too long, although it helps if you unwrap and lay out ALL of the parts ahead of time. The entire kit was well packaged to prevent any damage by the carrier. There was a hick-up along the way which prevented me from using the bench in the manner it was designed for, but the customer service was quick to respond, easy to communicate with and sent me any replacement parts within a day or two. The Preacher Pad is easy to remove when you don't need it. Like one other reviewer mentioned, there needs to be an easier way of removing the leg curl assembly when it is not needed; Harison has stated that the designers will be looking into this with the next upgrade.
