Weber 7597 Porcelain-Enameled Cast Iron Griddle for Spirit 200 Series

You have to get this if you own the Weber E210. It replaces one grill insert and is a perfect addition to any grill. For a family of two this solution for back yard cooking is perfect. Up to 6 large burgers can be cooked at one time and over on the griddle you can cook the buns, hot dogs, vegetables and anything that might drop through grates. I've even cooked bacon and eggs, pancakes while heating up the syrup and melted butter. This is a do all grill and the griddle fits like a glove and cooks like a charm. Griddle is made from very heavy enameled cast iron and is as durable as any product gets.

This is used on one (left or right) side of the grill. It is made to cover (lays on top) only one grate section at a time, not across grates. It is solid and heavy and thick and fits perfectly. One side is smooth and the other has lines on it to make grill marks. i use it when I do not flames to touch the food. Note that you do not use it and then decide to remove it while the grill is still hot. It is not made to do that and will be too hot and heavy and not safe to do so. On my two burner series 200 Weber it covers one burner side. Thus you can control each section temperature- the regular grill grates, and the griddle side.

Bought this to replace the open grill plates on my Weber 210. It is a great addition and allows me to cook breakfast, pizza outside. I really like the griddle. It also has a second side with ridges for sandwiches - Panini style

I needed a grill board or plancha for cooking burgers or fish outside. It’s great to be able to repurpose my Weber grill thanks to this item. Only downsides is that it’s heavy when you have to bring inside the kitchen for washing.

Nice griddle that neatly replaces one of the existing spirit 210's grill grates. I've made pancakes, eggs over easy, burgers, sauteed veggies, and shrimp on it so far and I've only owned it for a month! I really like the design, and true to Weber's other products it is heavy and feels durable and rugged. I think this is probably my favorite accessory for any grill I've owned to date!

Love this griddle , used it for taco night. Tonight I will do shrimp . I actually thought about doing pancakes on it this morning. If your grilling your steaks. It's nice to do your onions and bell peppers on the grittle for fajitas . It's great , it's fun. You'll love it.

I tiny bit too narrow for our Weber, but still is functional and cooks very well.

This fits perfectly on my Weber Spirit E210. I can hear the sizzle when I place burgers and steaks onto it. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I don't keep it on my grill when not in use however. It is cast iron and I'm afraid it will rust.
