Buy the biggest one you can!
I have 4 cats all under 5yrs old & all are fixed. The two older ladies are rather large girth-wise and they are 3 & 4. The other two are a set of twins M/F both are just about 1yr. They are not over-weight and they are longer than the two older chunky ones. The older two don't want anything to do with it really. They are plumpkins and like to lay around soft blankets all day but the twins are on it several times a day. It seems to be the best thing that's happened to them since the 5 tube maze i got them earlier in the year. It's fantastic for them to get some of the pent up energy they have and tho they still have the zoomies it's cut down half of it, especially the middle of the night Daytona 500 race they love to do. This particular one I purchased (after lots of research) was perfect. Expensive yes but WELL WORTH IT!! I even bought the biggest one I think and honestly it's not big enough! But it's almost perfect! The size here counts, i cant stress that enough because they run on it not just walk and when they run they get pretty high up there but you can see where a smaller one would fold them in half the wrong way and they will hurt themselves or hurt each other because many times they are both on it together. I mentioned their ages and sizes because it makes a huge difference. Obviously kittens under 4 months might get lost on a big wheel but remember they grow very fast. If you can afford a smaller one for that age and buy the big one when they are teenagers and adults then by all means do so, but I don't have that luxury and was very apprehensive when buying this because of the cost and very relieved when they jumped on it so many times daily. The other two are missing out. I bought the one that lights up at the bottom when they are running. I did it because the room it's in isn't very lit up. You don't really need it, it doesn't make or break the wheel. It's just a matter of taste. The inside part they run on is a different story. You can use the colors to match the room it's in or not. I put a light grey carpet type in. Because the area is a bit dark I thought they'd be able to see it better. They seem to be good with it. Another thing is that this one is fairly quiet. I've read many of these wheels are loud. This one doesn't bother me at all. It's in my living room in which I sleep on a hospital bed in and it never wakes me up. The AC is much louder. The other great thing about this wheel was putting it together. There's two types of wheels. One that's complicated and takes hours to put together and one that is the complete opposite. This one is the latter of the two. It went together very easily and also pretty quickly. It's the top of the line in exercise wheels. It's literally perfect. It may be big but it doesn't take up alot of space and the inside is wide enough to allow two cats on it together. It's heavy enough to not tip over no matter how rough they are and these babies are definitely rough with their toys. But its not so heavy that it's hard to move around. They only get on it together when they fight over who's turn it is next. Happy, my female twin decided that this is HER wheel and she only allows her brother on it when she's done or taking a break but as soon as she wants it back best believe she gets it back instantly. She also displays much gratitude for it and will run to me to show me that gratitude or leaves me little presents in my bed like her favorite toys or balls. Point being she has been so much happier than she was before the wheel came. (I did name her Happy Kat when we got her as a kitten) The quality is fantastic. It's not flimsy at all and I feel safe letting them go nuts on it. They also feel safe and very confident. Their tails are always straight up like flag poles. One last thing, train them using a Lazer light. Put it just high enough inside the wheel to encourage them to catch it. It made them start using the wheel instantly. Don't bother trying to hang up a toy to get them to use it because it will go all the way around. And really lastly...BUY THIS WHEEL, ITS PERFECT!!! You won't regret it!!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!
I did a lot of research before buying this cat wheel, and I ended up getting this one and I am SO happy I did. The first reason why I purchased this one is because One Fast Cat does a 30 day money back guarantee, so if your kitty doesnโt take to it you can return it. That is worth it right there. I didnโt know if my cat would like it or use it so that was a huge plus. Also the reviews are great for this product, and the same price on their website! Plus different padding options and prints! It took about 10 minutes to put together (probably would have taken less if my cat wasnโt so curious about it. She was on it before I even had the padding on it), it is very easy to assemble. It is very good quality and very quiet (it makes noise, but not enough to hear in a different room) I have had it for about 5 months now and my cat is still obsessed with it. It is a large wheel but if you have the room, treat your baby. She also lost her little tummy within two weeks of having it. It keeps her busy, healthy, and she cracks me up! 5 months in and still in great shape, very durable and worth every penny!

Great solution for high energy cats
Know your cat, and you'll succeed! I've been hesitating to get this wheel for a couple of years. I have an orange tabby and a siamese and wasn't completely sure they would use it. They have a middle level of energy and don't play for too long, though they have their zoomies from time to time. Wanted to try it for sure, thinking maybe they needed something different, but the price was too high for risks. So, I resisted. Then I adopted a brown tabby kitten, 3 months old. Even though he has a proper name, he is normally referred to as Nandor the relentless, the Kraken, little terror, tiny wrecking ball of hair or baby hurricane. You could play with him until all strenght left your body, and he would still be zooming around for more. I figured this kind of cat is the reason this wheel exists. So, I had confidence in spending $200 for a little peace. And I wasn't wrong. He used the wheel on day one, and I didn't even have to train him. He was already all over the parts as I was putting it together, and it only took a couple of treats to get him on it. Then just waved my hand a bit on the inner side, and he went. It took him a few days to get used to it, as he would run too fast and misstep a few times. But now he got the hang of it and he uses it by himself, randomly throughout the day, for a few minutes. And that is enough to give me (and the other cats) a rest and keep his energy in check. My other 2 cats want nothing to do with it. I tried multiple ways of enticing them and it was just a big fat Nope from them. Which was dissapointing, but I kinda knew, deep inside, they had chosen the couch potato life. And it's ok, even if just the kitten uses it, it's worth it for peace in the realm. The wheel was very easy to put together, but it is a bit less sturdy than I hoped for the price. And that is the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5. It is good and sturdy enough for the kitten, but I feel it could definitely be cheaper considering the materials.

Great investment
So glad I bought this, only wish I got it sooner! I have three cats ( one 13 lb large 5 y/o, one 11 lb medium 5 y/o, and one 10 lb small 2 y/o). Initially, I bought this wheel for my 2 y/o because her energy is never ending and she likes to harass her siblings. However, my larger cat, whom I didnโt think would ever use the wheel, has officially fallen in love with it! She is on it throughout the day, while she hasnโt figured out she can run on it, she keeps up a brisk pace for a bit and it has actually helped her shed a little bit of weight in the 2 months sheโs used it. My 2 y/o used it at first but stopped after she got a bit too excited and almost went flying off, however she has recently started using it again. The quality seems good, solid and easy to assemble. The instructions were extremely easy to follow along and I had it assembled alone in about 15 minutes. The paddings are soft and very sticky, my cats like to kneed it and nothing has budged nor torn so thatโs a good sign. There is some noise, however, in comparison to a friendโs wheel, this one is definitely on the quieter side, Iโve never been woke up by the wheel or them running on the wheel. So far I have no issues with it, no sliding even when my cats launch themselves onto it. There was a squeaking noise from the wheels in the beginning, however after a week or so it disappeared. Definitely recommend and will update if anything changes.

Runs like he's outside sprinting!
My indoor cat LOVES this! Introduced him to it with a laser light. Its not LOUD, you can definitely hear the cat enjoying a run. The inside liner does get clawed up. Haven't had to replace. Easy to assemble. This is a large item, make sure you have the space. Sturdy enough that my small dogs try to get on.

hope cat uses it. ez to build. well designed . One Fast Cat 48" exercise wheel
fat shipping. brought in from front porch. 20 mins to put it together. No tools necessary. Easily Snaps Together. Comes with picture book instructions. Appears to be durable. Spins real nice. Stops after couple revolutions. G Cat will not be flipped over backwards ( once he figures it out ) when he stops . Bit of noise from wheels, not really a bother. Only had it for an hour, G Cat ( Siberian ) is more interested in the cat toy box, kit shipped in, than the One Fast Cat exercise ring/wheel . G Cat is tip of nose to front his tail, 20" long. 14" 48" might be over kill. But, his back will ( once he starts running in it ) straight , not an U shaped. Will not pinch any nerves. 204$ including California and County Santa Clara sales tax. 199$ price on Amazon. Once all snapped together, and set up, floor to top of ring, 48.5". Inside diameter of ring is 43". Outside Diameter of Ring is 46" Cat's Running path is 10 5/8" wide. Outside width of ring 11.25" Stand is 12.6" wide. No idea how the competition measures their wheels/rings/set up. Ordered the grey padding. Sticky pads fit well, I should have cut the over lap. Figure G Cat will not care . If you are better with spacing pads than i am, will be very little if any over lap. Pads ez to lift and reposition ... ... whole thing is a piece or cake ( some prefer Pie ) to put together. Just made Inside out Side 2 yr old kitty an inside cat. No more worries about one of the many hungry San Jose Coyotes eating him. He has a tracker, can see , every day outside ( yes is is neutered and has all his cat shots ) he walked at least a half mile without ever being more than 3/4 of a block from the house. Hope he can get his steps in on this One Fast Cat Exercise wheel. Ordered on the 2/18/26 arrived 2/21/26. Free Amazon Prime shipping.

Easy, beautiful and the cats love it
I had to upgrade from my old 43" homegroove cat wheel since the cat I just adopted seems to have some main coon in her and I can tell she was going to outgrow the other one pretty quickly. This gen 7 one fast cat wheel arrived 3 days early and took me maybe 20 minutes to put together, no tools. It looks very sleek and the light up wheels add that extra fun watching them run at night. It's also quieter than my last wheel so I no longer worry about them running at night and waking up my downstairs neighbor. The only negatives are that it is a little wobbly on carpet (which is the only surface I can put in on in my apartment), and my youngest did get going soo fast that she feel off..but she is okay. Amazon also shipped me the wrong pads (I ordered the blue koi but got the grey felt) but I reached out to the company and they responded right away and are shipping me the right ones, no fuss. I added a picture so you can get a better idea of the size.

I would recommend this product.
It's not that noisy. I would rather have my kittens. Have this? Then, the upset of being bored in the room. Because it's not noisy. It's a good quality and is durable and suitable for what the needs are. Instructions were easy and went together well. It's not for dogs preference for cats.
