Very satisfied
Great suction, noise is relatively small, very satisfied. Floor becomes very clean. This is the best vacuum cleaner I've ever used. Much cheaper than the dc39.

Hate it. Have owned a few Dyson's and generally liked them. Very disappointed with this one. - Doesn't glide easily. Always tipping over - Head is hard to switch between carpet and hard floor - head doesn't pick fluff off carpet - Hard to empty as the bottom flip lid is like a bucket, having to turn the whole thing over to remove the dust I really am struggling to find anything good about it. Oh the cord retract works well.

Avoid this model if you have carpets
I bought this vacuum cleaner two years ago and after persevering for that long I've now given up and have bought a Rocket. This vacuum cleaner does everything but suck up particles and dirt from carpets. Great accessory tools - especially the duster which is fantastic for surfaces, well designed but really inadequate for carpet vacuuming. I spend about three times longer than I used to vacuuming because I have to go over everything at least three times to get dirt up and even then it just won't pick up everything. Last year I bought a turbohead after reading about other people's problems with this model and although it improved the pick-up rate it's still not good enough. It's very heavy and suction is very high - it almost lifts up the carpet and underlay in our bedroom - making it difficult to push and pull over carpet. It's probably great for wood/laminate flooring but if you have carpets, avoid this model.
