Quack, quack, quack...........
It's a good product, but lacks the actual flavor of the fat from actually cooking a duck. That said, it's very good for cooking potatoes for breakfast, vegetables, and other pan fried foods.

Quality Duck Fat
Duck fat is awesome. For some reason, local stores have been unable to stock it. Found this large tub at a better price than local.

Delicious and very versatile
Delicious and easy to cook with. I use this for steaks, poultry, and fried potatoes. It adds great flavor and works well for a variety of cooking methods. Very versatile and a staple in my kitchen now.

Check the weight
This was not my favorite duck fat, but it did the job. Tasted good, smelled fine, perfect seal, and definitely duck fat, although it weighed less than what it said it weighed. Price was okay.

Great for cooking and or frying food
This Duck Fat, is some of the best, for cooking, with eggs, and other items.,

Disappointed.
This was disappointing. The product wasn't sealed properly, it was only 2/3 of the way full, and it smelled rancid. Duck fat should never smell rancid unless it's old. I expected better quality for the price point.
