Brand new and works just the ones it came with. It is wise to buy a couple of these and keep on hand. At first I thought how could an in ear costing more than normal give problems already but cabling is always an issue. So remember always change cabling before the in ears

My Shure IEMs started having connection issues very shortly after buying them. From the get-go, the MCX jacks seemed loose. Over time both sides had very poor connection, I was worried it might be the headphones themselves, but figured I'd try a new cable first. All audio connection problems are fixed, as the quality of this cable is much better than what came with the original headphones. It bends better, and most importantly, the MCX jacks are very tight fitting. This not only gives a better connection, a more durable connection, but also helps keep the earphones in place during any activity. Shure needs to up their game because this is an off-brand cable and it's much better.

It works and it lasts.

A bit more delicate than other cables. Works very well. Just try not to wind, bend, and kink. Cables will last longer.

This has been a great replacement and I have been using it for a good while now without issue.

Replacement cable for my Shure Se215. Snug fitting to the buds, means they don't rotate as freely, and the over ear wire hasn't settled in properly yet, but expect both will be ok with some use. Not perfect, but does the job.
