A excellent knife sharper as it sharpens steel blades and composite blades as well, it's comfortable to hold and use, I've only used it for sharpening steel knifes and what an excellent job it does, my knifes are really sharp...so I would definitely recommend this sharpener

I l love this knife sharpener, it really does sharpen you're knives. I bought one of those round ones that you run your knife through which completely ruined my expensive chefs knives ! Bought new knives and bought one of these after reading the write ups. It is so effective! Super sharp knives. Even sharpened my bread knife. Very easy to use. Came with gloves that you don't really need. Stores in my kitchen gadgets drawer.

Quality manual sharpener, love the different modes and alloys/ ceramics. Not sure about serrated sharperner, but i may just be using it wrong - also cums with cut resistant gloves for piece of mind. Light weight and effective. You will get shavings on counter tops, but thats to be expected- thats how you know its working - make sure to rinse your knife after, otherwise you will contaminate food with fine metal and carbonation shavings. Very easy to use.

Really good efficient does the job well i have many grades of whetstone Diamond sharpeners carbon ect and this one is near perfect i didn't need to use the blunt setting as my knives are always sharpen enough to shave with it just wanted quality simple and effective and I've found it in this tool just read the leaflet that comes with it and you can't go wrong best on the market for ease and quality Really impressed.

After trying a few different sharpeners, I bought this one... and I wish I had seen this a long time ago.. This sharpener is quality materials and my knives have only been a sharpe when I first bought them... it's great, just 5 passes us enough to sharpen so the Sunday roast now can have slices tin enough to give the Carvery a run for is money. My knives will easily cut through bone though so I have to be mindful of that. Raw meat does not stand a chance. Wherever I place my blade.. it now cuts with very little effort

Ich bin wirklich sehr positiv überrascht. Ich war bisher nie von solchen Messerschärfern überzeugt. Alle Messerschärfer dieser Art haben in meinem langen Leben bisher nie wirklich gut geschärft. Deswegen habe ich bisher immer ein Schleifeisen / Schleifstab benutzt. Nun habe ich mir auf Grund der guten Bewertungen diesen Messerschärfer bestellt. Und ich war nach dem Durchziehen des ersten Messers total überrascht, wie scharf das Messer war. Der Messerschärfer ist einfach zu bedienen. Eine gut lesbare Gebrauchsanweisung ist dabei. Meist reicht tatsächlich das einmalige Durchziehen des Messers um es wieder scharf zu bekommen. Man zieht es im Grunde zwei mal durch. Das erste Mal ein Grundschliff, dann dreht man den Einstellknopf auf "fein" und zieht das Messer ein zweites mal durch. Und das Messer ist echt super scharf. Eine Schere oder ein Messer mit Wellenschliff habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert. Aber der Schleifer soll das können. Alle verschiedenen Schleifmöglichkeiten werden an dem Drehknopf eingestellt. Ich kann den Messerschärfer mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.
