love the product but i faced an issue while getting it delivered. the first delivery of this product turned out to be defective and only half the image was present in the crystal ball and i applied for a free replacement. the replaced product was sooo pretty that i did not mind the delay it caused. its soo bright and value for the money (280 rs) love it
