Great exercise routine whilst sitting down!
Been using these for a few weeks whilst sitting down, noticed arm strength better! Quality is great and sturdy!

Good item but not as hexagonal as the picture shows. More rounded and only flat on 2 sides. Not that it will impact use.

Brilliant for my home workouts!
I use these dumbells for home workouts & they are fantastic! They give me the right amount of resistance for my exercise & I'm able to store them neatly under the sofa. They are easy to hold & grip even when my hands get warm. They don't roll because of the flat edges, which adds an element of safety.
