A: I think Japan but not positive

**Q: I have the curler, just need the refills...know anyplace I can just buy the refills?**
A: Unfortunately, I did not keep this product.  It was returned.  I have no idea where the refills can be found except on Amazon or the product manufacturer.  I hope this helps.

**Q: How does this work?**
A: Tedious to use but it does work well.

**Q: Can you buy extra pad refills for the eyelash curler?**
A: Thank you for your question.  Product manufacture doesn't provide a Pad for refills.  Seems to be they had it until 10 years ago.  But not now.  I will waiting for your order.
