This is simply the best compression product I have ever purchased, and I did try a bunch. After undergoing unexpected prolonged medical treatment I developed debilitating side effects that caused severe leg and foot swelling, affecting my ability to walk. Months went by and the swelling in my legs and feet would not go down. I ordered 2 of these and wore them daily with excellent results. The velcro closures allowed me to adjust the amount of compression and they remained firmly attached even after months of daily use. The length of the wrap was prefect. Unlike compression socks, there was no painful struggle getting it on or taking it off my legs. In my experience with the product it also helped reduce the swelling in my feet even though physically the product only came into contact with my calf, this might not be the case for other users. For me it was well worth the money spent and helped me regain the ability to walk without assistance.

This is a great alternative to trying to get compression socks on your feet. If you are a large person or older, no one understands how hard it is to get the sock over the foot to pull it up. This item helps a tough situation and helps me with my lympedemia. For years I tried to get help from doctors who turned me away as medicare would not pay. And the ones who did try sent me to medical stores to buy stockings etc I cannot wear. Now I have some help!

I liked it. Easier to wrap my leg and comfortable. Seemed to work; however, my Physical Therapist thought it was not as strong as she would have preferred for the lymphedema swelling I was experiencing. Suggest you check with your therapist or doctor.

Beltwell has the most misleading ads, directed at a very vulnerable population. I bought a pair of these out of desperation, advertising stated they would reduce if not eliminate the swelling and they were more effective than any other brand. Like Beltwell was going to save the entire lymphedema population. Both my legs immediately swelled up around the wrap. It was scary. Pictures show the aftermath. If your leg swells up surrounding the wrap, that’s a very bad thing and it’s your leg screaming for help. The wrap didn’t feel tight, I know better than to make it tight, and I put it on like the picture example. But it was a scary reaction to a product presumably sold to a lot of people. So I’m staying away from Beltwell and won’t be financially supporting their crazy claims.

I have renal insuffiency and vascular insuffiency- resulting in major fluid retention. I have struggled with using standard compression stockings, to the point that I had given up on them and just suffered with the swelling. ( I have spent hundreds of dollars on every type of compression stocking on the market) My edema in my legs is severe, to the point that my skin will crack from the swelling or fluid will leak from my pores because there is no where else for it to go. My legs hurt all the time and I could no longer wear normal shoes. I ordered a set of these in black along with the foot wraps. After the first couple of days my swelling had gone down by 1/2 and I finally had some relief! Over the next week of using them I could actually put a pair of regular shoes on comfortably! My legs at the end of the day after wearing them do not scream in pain and I can walk so much easier. I love how easy they are to readjust if they become to loose as swelling goes down and the velcro stays exactly where it is put- no slipping. They are easy to put on and comfortable to wear. I have worn them to Doctors appointments and all of my doctors have been intrigued and happy to learn about them to share with others who struggle. (and that I am finally utilizing compression therapy) When I ordered the brown and the black were the only options. I regret ordering the black as I have a light colored dog and her hair shows up so badly on them. I will be reordering a lighter color the next time. I ordered the Large Tall based on the recommendations, with as affective as they are at controlling my swelling I will be ordering a medium the next time. These are absolutely life changing!! They are worth every penny!! If you are struggling with edema this is the most comfortable way to manage it hands down.

Pluses and minuses. First, I ordered pink ones which took weeks to arrive. Second, I ordered XL TALL. I'm 5'7" with appropriate length legs. The TALL fits my perfectly in length. The XL fits my perfectly around the top of my calf, but is too large to fit snuggly around my ankles, so I don't get the correct level of compression.

This has been the best compression product I've tried! Socks, Sleeves, all that kind of stuff would always put pressure in different places and would start to hurt. With these, it's breathable, comfortable, and highly adjustable! I find myself adjusting them throughout the day as my swelling changes. I bought a second one so I could have one for each leg. I also have very large legs, so finding something that fits has also been a challenge. Not with these! They fit great! I'm 5'6" and got the tall. It's great for me and still gives me room to move it up and down. Size was perfect! When I first got it, I had to pull it pretty far to get it on. Again, big legs, a lot of swelling. The velcro held up so well, no matter how tight I pulled it. I adjust them several times per day and the velcro is still holding strong. Highly recommend these!

I've struggled with edema in my left leg for years and have tried various - and unsuccessful - methods of treatment, including some pretty strong diuretics. The diuretics helped a bit, but they weren't 'the' answer. A nurse finally suggested some kind of compression sock or hose - yeah. Right. The size of my leg was a definite hinderance... until I stumbled across these! I bought one as a trial and the relief was almost immediate. After just one week, my leg is 100% better. Normal skin color is returning. Stiffness and that 'swollen' feeling as all but completely gone. I ordered three more. If you have large legs, give these a try. You won't be sorry.
