A well polished, fun game
This game was a lot of fun. It had a good amount of challenge, good story, good graphics, and cats! I would get a sequel in a heartbeat.

Charming and immersive—just wish it ran smoother on Switch
Having played through Stray on my Switch, I can confidently say it delivers a unique, heartfelt experience—but not without compromises. First off, embodying a stray cat in a neon-lit, robot-populated city is tremendously fun. The movement animations—scratching surfaces, knocking objects over, curling up for a nap—feel incredibly authentic and whimsical, clearly inspired by real feline behavior . The companion robot B-12 adds both emotional weight and useful puzzle-solving tools as you help it regain memories and navigate the decaying city . Storywise, the narrative hits the right notes. It’s touching, atmospheric, and wrapped in charming exploration—though it’s relatively short, clocking in around 7–10 hours depending on how thorough you are . However, the Switch version shows its limitations. Visually, there’s a noticeable downgrade from PS5/PC versions—textures look muddy, and the fidelity drops when docked . Frame drops and longer loading times appear occasionally, though they don’t totally ruin the experience . Still, the world remains immersive enough to enjoy—especially in handheld play, where the compromise feels fair for portability .

Great Game!
Great game! One of my favorites! I beat it one day, not too difficult. The quality isn’t bad for being on the switch, it’s obviously better on PlayStation but that’s to be expected. Very fun game, definitely recommend everyone play it at least once. I had no issues with it crashing, or any sort of bugs.

A game you'll remember well after it's over
Great visuals. Superb storytelling and character development...if you chase down most of the memories. Took me about about 10 hours. Took my kid a little over 5, but I like to hunt around and investigate. My kid likes to just follow the main story prompts.
