Yea, it’s all you need. Got these for my wife, we have a 2 year old boy.. enough said. Plus a generator running outside. It’s like she’s in a room on her own, no noise coming through at all and I was shouting while testing. Easy setup and straightforward controls. Using the dongle but Bluetooth seems pretty easy. Light and comfortable ear cushions. Also does a good job of passive noise canceling. Great built quality and looks sleek.

This Yealink headset is awesome. It’s lightweight and was super quick and intuitive to install and use. It works perfectly with Microsoft Teams. The main thing I wanted was the ability to flip the microphone up to mute myself. The wireless headsets my company has for us are really good quality but they’re HUGE. Also they don’t have the flip up option since the microphone is incorporated. If you are in meetings all day, it gets uncomfortably hot due to size. This Yealink headset solves that issue. The sound quality is perfect and microphone is clear. Love the adjustability and it’s been very durable so far. Battery life is great. Worth buying— even if you don’t get reimbursed for it. Love!

Comfortable and good sound quality. Gave 4 stars only because the Bluetooth is crazy. If I am on my phone after work hours it always tried to automatically switch to this headset. Even when I select phone in my settings it will switch back again until I turn my Bluetooth off all together on my iPhone.

I use it for more than six hours a day at work and I never have to charge it during my shift. Clients can hear me well when I can’t hear them as well. The headphones aren’t too tight and they don’t give that weird ringing or burning sensation in the ear like some cheap ones.

This is much more comfortable than my previous headset. I wear it for hours without a headache. The noise reduction keeps my co-workers from hearing my kids in the background. It connects easily and sound quality is just fine for meetings.

Not sure if it was the product or my connection, but I could not get it to connect to my computer. It would connect and then just turn off. In the middle of watching a video or listening to some thing. The headset would just turn off repeatedly. So I returned it.

Comfortable to wear all day. Works both for calls and as headphones for PC. Has a downloadable program to tweak setting just to your liking. I like it let's you answer by just pulling down the mic. Battery lasts at least 10 hours. Works a good distance from the base too.

So awesome! From the sound quality to the battery life. Just a great headset. I wish I would have found it sooner. No static, I can drink my coffee at the same time with the microphone piece down. Just great.
