After applying I saw some videos saying a water based top coat is best to avoid disturbing the chrome too much. I only have one top coat that unfortunately is not water based so I saw the chrome change a little once I put the top coat on, but that is not the chrome powders fault at all! It just made it a little more glittery and less chrome-y. Just a heads up I wish I had read before I tried. The chrome powder itself was so easy to use and I’m really happy with it. You only have to use a very little amount, so I feel like this will last forever!
