Thai Taste Palm Sugar offers a nice price and good quality for cooking, especially in Thai dishes. However, the container is a bit hard to work with—it’s tricky to get the sugar out, which can be frustrating during cooking. While the sugar itself is great, the packaging could definitely be improved for convenienc

I do a lot of Thai cookery and it is so difficult to find Palm sugar locally. This is a large tub so will last.
