Now I know a Chinese factory product can cut as well as a high-end handmade Japanese knife.
Bought this as a cheaper knife to practice thinning and sharpening a knife I brought back from Japan. After sharpening, I'm finding I'm using this beater far more than my souvenir that cost ten time as much. The edge retention is fantastic.

Very sharp and light
Excellent chopping knife. It is very light and yet it can cut extremely well because it is very sharp. Packaging was also nice.

Solid vegetable knife
When I received the knife it was slightly bent to the left if you looked down the spine, like it wasn't seated in the handle straight. I returned it and received a replacement quickly that was not defective. For the price it is a solid knife. Great for cutting and chopping vegetables and is very sharp out of the box.
