Amazon Basics 10000 mAh Lithium Polymer Mini Power Bank with 22.5W Fast Charging, Dual Output, Charging Indicator, Type-C Cable Included (Black)

the power bank has pretty cheap grade batteries inside and the associated circuitry isn't trustworthy either. sometimes it will show full charge just after 15min and sometimes it will go from full to zero after just few min of use. the charge level indicator on device can't be trusted and i wont recommend this for taking along in a journey or as a backup. lately the power bank simply shows zero level (even when its full) and fails to provide power. i have to then momentarily connect it to a charger to 'jolt' it back to reality, after which it starts working. highly risky to take it as a travel companion. i hv a xiaomi 10000mah powerbank which has been working flawlessly for past 3yrs. pay and go for an established reputed brand. avoid this garbage.

This power bank is bad. It is getting discharged automatically even after full charge. Even after complaining to customer care, I did not get any help. I was thinking that Amazon products are good and value for money but my experience with it was very bad. We had ordered two power banks but within 15 days both the power banks got damaged.😡😡 Just saying, the company provides warranty but I did not get any help from customer care

बढ़िया गुणवत्ता वाली।5000 mha बैटरी दो बार चार्ज होती हैं मैने अपनी जॉब पर मोबाइल चोरी से बचने और हाय वोल्टेज से होने वाले नुकसान से मोबाइल को बचाने के लिए और घर पर बिजली बचाने हेतु इसे लिया हैं। अभी तक बढ़िया चल रहा है। जरूर खरीदे। जय श्री राम। भारत माता की जय।

The product has deteriorated and is not as good as it used to be. Within 4 months, it stopped functioning. In addition, Amazon Basic lacks a physical service center, leading to poor customer support over the phone.

False advertising it's only 5000mah.Not worth to buy if you need 10000mah. Capacity, battery life weight ,speed, performance ,value,not fast
