I gave it 4 stars because of the cheezy anchors that come with it, If you are going to hang any heaver than a tissue, do yourself a favor and get the wing anchors available at any hardware store for under $1. Aside from that, this item is well made and has solid hooks
Review: I love it, it works well and is sturdy. My only complaint is that the paint on my hooks came already chipped. I covered it with marker and now it's hardly noticeable, and I probably could have returned it for a different one, but as I was struggling without one, I didn't want to wait for a replacement do to minor cosmetics. It's in my office and will hold my backpack that averages 15-20lbs. , coats etc. If I ever need a second, I will be ordering this one again.

I love it, it works well and is sturdy. My only complaint is that the paint on my hooks came already chipped. I covered it with marker and now it's hardly noticeable, and I probably could have returned it for a different one, but as I was struggling without one, I didn't want to wait for a replacement do to minor cosmetics.
