I just ordered this game & I'm new to Kingdom Hearts and I'm not sure on the chronology. Anyone know what order I should play the included games?

Kingdom Hearts Final Mix is the first one you would play, followed by Re:Chain of Memories. Technically 358/2 Days takes place parallel to the end of Kingdom Hearts 1, the entirety of Re:Chain of Memories and the beginning of Kingdom Hearts 2, but you can watch it after playing those two games and it'll make sense. The actual game of 358/2 Days isn't included, but rather the cinematics or a "cutscene movie" along with text that shows/describes what happens in the game. (You can get the actual game for Nintendo DS and it's definitely worth it.)2.5 ReMIX includes the next three games (or at least the next two games and the cinematics for another DS release: Re:Coded.)For those you should play them in the following order:Kingdom Hearts 2 Final MixKingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep Final MixAnd then watch the Re:Coded cinematics/"cutscene movie".
