**Q: Do you have to defrost before cooking**
A: No, just throw in the microwave and cook - it does specify how long on box, I think it is 5-6 minutes for one, 8-9 for two.

**Q: Can I defrost them and microwave them later ?**
A: I shouldn't have thought so really as they are already baked and only take about 3 minutes to cook from Frozen.I wouldn't think defrosting them before hand would be beneficial.

**Q: Thank you.. I can't access my freezer. Carer brings potato up at 11a.m. for me to micro for lunch. Need safety advice.**
A: According to the packet best cooked from frozen.
Providing the carer has taken it from the freezer that day and had it hygienically covered it should be quite safe to ear. 
I cook mine in the microwave then when it's cooled to warm its delicious to eat. I eat the skins too! They are a treat! Enjoy!

Really enjoyed these Potatoes cooked exactly as the time stated in oven . (Don't like microwave baked potatoes) The potatoes are white and fluffy inside and the and the skin perfect. I feel a bit harsh giving four stars ,no other reason than they do take a long time to cook .I don't have an air fryer ,just conventional oven. Definitely would recommend . As long as your not in a rush.
