My husband wanted a fire hydrant for our property. He really likes it. Heavier than I thought and well made. It was a great buy and reasonable as well.

Cute addition to our grassy patch
Cute but my dog refuses to do his business on the patch of grass we planted for him. We thought adding this little statue would encourage him. Even after dousing the hydrant and surrounds with “attractant,” he would not go. Visiting dogs love it though!!

I got the taller one
This pee post was an immediate hit with my two dogs. The hydrant looks great and attracts some of the pee away from areas that would otherwise get the brunt of it. I got the tall model where there was a shorter option. I would definitely get the taller one. It looks more like a real hydrant.
