The build quality is acceptable, but the product is good — it's just not what I was expecting. Because of Prime, it delivered within 30 hours — that basically means half a day! over all product is nice

Regarding the said item ALL THE BLADES ARE MISSING IN THE SEPERATE BLADES BOX CONTAINER. Your personnel came for replacement, but REFUSED REPLACEMENT/ & OR RETURN . Please CLARIFY THE REFUSAL OF REPLACEMENT. You have send a DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS wherein the BLADES IN THE BOX ARE MISSING as Receieved & refusing to replace. This is serious indecency on your part. I want you to CLARIFY WHY BOX SUPPOSEDLY TO CONTAIN BLADES ARE MISSING. This a serious insult. How could I know about the DEFECTIVE CONDITION what's inside Your BROWN PAPER packed product. I am a Prime Member, never expected such behavior on your part. NOW EITHER YOU REFUND THE MONEY FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OF MISSING BLADES OR REPLACE IT IMMEDIATELY
