MULISOFT Memory Foam Pillow, Cervical Pillow, Neck Pillow, Ergonomic Pillow

I read the reviews that advised it can take a couple of weeks to adjust to this pillow so I stayed patient. Im glad I did, I'm a side sleeper and the height is perfect. Its firm yet comfortable and fits snug around my head. I would definitely recommend this pillow if you're a side sleeper. Pillow case is a little fiddly to get back on when washed but easy to see how it fits back on. Its the size of a normal pillow. The neck support is great!

I’ve struggled with a stiff neck for a long time, and this memory foam pillow has genuinely made a huge difference. From the first night, it felt incredibly comfortable and provided excellent support for my neck and shoulders. I’ve noticed far less stiffness and discomfort when I wake up, and I’m finally getting a much better night’s sleep. The memory foam moulds perfectly to my head without losing its shape, making it feel supportive all night. The quality is excellent, and it feels well made. I only wish I’d bought it sooner! I would 100% recommend this pillow to anyone dealing with neck pain or poor sleep.

Updated review as I was a bit quick to judge and have had more time. For me it doesn't eliminate snoring or sleep apnea (nor does it make it worse as I initially thought, which was a blip in my readings). It's neutral that way, and what works best for me is cutting alcohol and/or a tongue retainer. However it's a very comfortable pillow and firmed out with time, I guess due to being memory foam. It's still a bit thin though, and so is best doubled up on top of a normal or better still a wedge pillow in my opinion, then you have a very comfy setup that keeps your spine well aligned. (Your mileage with wedge pillows may vary) After 6 months the outer pillowcase is starting to show light wear but it should be good for a while yet. Just being a bit more thin than expected and not a magic snoring fix for me just keeps it short of a 5.

Best Addition Very good for alignment and posture If you are a side or back sleeper who constantly wakes up with a stiff neck or shoulder pain, this is will ease the tightness along with another good pillow under the knees very good for posture The Adjustment Period: If you’ve never used a cervical or ergonomic pillow before, especially if you use quite a lot of pillows to prop you up the first night feels weird. And can be disorienting before using this pillow I stated off gradually first using only one pillow again took a lot to get used to and never lasted the full night then to make things comfortable I rolled a towel under my neck which is what made me decide to go with this and it was the best choice to make it’s a lot less hassle It forces your posture into correct alignment , which is guaranteed proper alignment unlike the towel that can unroll and lose shape it can take 2–3 maybe longer nights to get used to. Stick with it! Even for short periods of time many times Along with pillow under knees I have noticed a difference in my posture and feel a lot less hunched over or feel like my shoulders are up near my ears in the morning I believe this is because my neck fells properly lengthened and supported at night shoulder feel floaty and spacious because the shape and support I use it just as it is no pillow case needed the material feels nice and would even add if you get over heated it’s quite cooling moving from position to position It’s firm enough to actually support your head, but soft enough that it doesn't feel like sleeping on a block of foam. Verdict In addition with good posture exercises and stretches this is definitely the best choice I have made wish I had done it sooner highly recommended

I was sceptical at first, but this ergonomic pillow has been a total game changer for my sleep. Prior to using it, I woke up regularly with neck stiffness, but that has completely vanished. As an added bonus, it’s noticeably reduced my snoring, which is a major win. The shape takes a night or two to get used to, but the support is spot on. The only thing that would be perfect is if the manufacturer offered options to buy spare removable covers separately so you always have one ready on laundry day. Overall, I'm very impressed and glad I bought it.

after 3 nights i am not happy with it, it has a horrible smell even after three days and the nylon cover causes my face to sweat. and from my experience the info is wrong they say use the raised side for side sleeping and the lower side for back sleeping, that does not make any sense as using the raised side for side sleeping gives me a neck ache. so i used the other side and everything is better now. but it still stinks.

Really pleased with this pillow. The memory foam provides excellent support without feeling too firm, and it’s helped me sleep more comfortably throughout the night. It keeps its shape well and feels well made. Arrived quickly and exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend!
