probably the best all round lavazza beans i have had so far ,grinds well ,really smooth mouth feel no acidity detected + best crema so far ,probably not the strongest coffee but best overall ,a bargain at the current price imo .

Finalmente un caffè che mi soddisfa
Sempre alla ricerca della miscela ideale, ho provato questo caffè. Devo dire che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. L’ho utilizzato con la De’Longhi Magnifica, impostando una macinatura molto fine e la quantità di polvere a circa tre quarti della manopola (ore 3). Il risultato è un caffè dalla bellissima densità, con una crema persistente color beige e un aroma molto amabile che non lascia quel retrogusto amaro La tostatura media regala ai chicchi un color nocciola che caratterizza piacevolmente il gusto finale.
