No shade on Herschel, the product came damaged. I wholeheartedly believe this was an Amazon issue. I’m a long time Herschel supporter and the have never let me down.

The size is wonderful but the major difference I noticed from other brands around the same price point is that the wheels do not lock. Had I noticed this in the listing I probably would have gone with a different one
