They sent me a replacement right away, which was a great experience. The privacy filter works from the left and right sides, not from the top and bottom, but that’s completely fine for me. I also chose the black version, which slightly reduces screen brightness which is something I personally prefer. After a week of regular use, there are no scratches, bubbles, or signs of wear even though I keep my phone in my handbag when I am outside and it has other stuff as well. My go to for anytime I need a new glass phone protector. Easy to apply ,no bubbles, looks great! Two options privacy or regular screen. Great price and I have bought them as gifts as well when I see a friend with cracked screens. Great price as well . Definitely a go to.

UltraGlass screen protector arrived super fast, said it would take a week but arrived in 4 days. Very easy to install, no bubbles. Installation guide video very easy to follow. Trick is to follow the instructions carefully and clean phone as the instructions guide you to. Will see how it wears. Like that you receive two screen protectors.
