Review: Love this wok ring. - I totally enjoy using my Joyce Chen, Chrome Steel Wire Wok Ring. Easy to clean, lightweight, stays in place on my gas stove, great for round-bottom woks. This Joyce Chen, Chrome Steel Wire Wok Ring is so much better to use with round bottom woks than the ring with multiple holes cut out of flat steel. This wok ring allows the flames to envelop the entire bottom of the wok without anything blocking the flames. It allows for even cooking with high heat and flames. It's also a great price. I've used it with 14-inch woks and it works great. Will soon purchase two 16 inch woks to see if it accommodates that size as well.

I totally enjoy using my Joyce Chen, Chrome Steel Wire Wok Ring. Easy to clean, lightweight, stays in place on my gas stove, great for round-bottom woks. This Joyce Chen, Chrome Steel Wire Wok Ring is so much better to use with round bottom woks than the ring with multiple holes cut out of flat steel. This wok ring allows the flames to envelop the entire bottom of the wok without anything blocking the flames. It allows for even cooking with high heat and flames. It's also a great price. I've used it with 14-inch woks and it works great. Will soon purchase two 16 inch woks to see if it accommodates that size as well.
