The sugar content is good, it dissolves very fast and its hydrating. The important one is flavor, does it taste good? It's ok, not horrible but it'll make you feel good thats all that matters. It Electrolytes and it does it job. Price wasnt too bad but there are better priced out there. I do like the brand though, they have good quality products that makes me wanna everything they offer. I wish it wasnt a spoon to measure, i wish it was a bendable spoon or something.

Affordable and probably one of the best tasting electrolyte I’ve experienced. Sugar taste natural, and the fruit punch actually taste very light. I hate to be drinking something that’s supposed to be hydrating and it taste like I’m drinking a soda or some type of syrup.

After much research I chose this one. "Nectar" had one "tester" suggesting it, but it is very expensive for what you get, like many others. We consumers toss bottles and cans out without even thinking about the waste, energy, lack of sustainability of such actions. Rather than virtue signaling about sustainability, I love using Nutricost Electrolytes after my workouts. It refreshes me fully, and I don't use any bottles or cans as a result. It has great content and mixability (I use hot water first, then add ice). It is even a good mixer to put into other drinks to add flavor. I have a long history of endurance activities, including winning marathons, so hopefully this review has some credibility for you.

Tastes great, keeps me and my family hydrated, even helping certain ones who don't drink enough water otherwise. I'm not too picky about flavor, I don't mind the grape at all, but my buddy loathes it. The fruit punch is the star flavor. Blends well, but naturally the little bits stick around and get icky if you keep it in a bottle for too long without emptying and cleaning it out, just like any other sort of juice-thing. This doesn't even get into how nutricost is always so cost-efficient. I may LOVE the white peach from liquid IV, but I'm not splurging the bank with having this every day.
