Perfect for my R6 Mark ii

The one I received appears to be genuine. There seems to be a genuine identification sticker for authenticity. I hope it's real. Assuming yes, the battery functioned properly in the camera as promised. The battery charge and the duration is just as long as promised. I think it is worth the money to pay for a genuine product. If you spend $2,000 or $3,000 on a camera body, would you really skimp $20 and buy an aftermarket battery? Battery is not immune to failure. Lithium can leak, can explode, or cause all kinds of issues. I am not certain a $20 saved is worth a multiple thousands of dollars of camera ruined. I recommend genuine Canon battery. Worth the extra money. Well, let's hope so!

Works great and battery last as long as the original one. A little pricey compared to off brands but again it keeps charge really well.

This is the real thing and works better than aftermarket ones. My original ones had been in use for six years and got to the point where I charged them at the end of each day of shooting and carried a spare. With this new one, I took over 600 pictures on a recent trip over the course of ten days and most likely would have gotten by without a charge. I no longer needed to carry a spare, and of course charging every few days was still an option to make sure that I had plenty of power. They are a lot more expensive than aftermarket brands, and if you don't mind carrying multiple batteries and swapping, as long as a cheap battery gets you through most of the day, it might be good enough for your purposes. But if you want top quality and no regrets, go with this one.

More expensive than 3rd party but works great with the R5 ii

I found it was a bit cheaper to buy on here for sure, but I am so glad it is actually a Canon product, not a knockoff. I have found that the knockoffs are quick to go bad. But this one is lasting really well and charges quickly. I can get this battery to last me about 6 hours on a single charge. If you have a Canon camera, buy this, not a cheaper version, just because it is cheaper, it is better for you and your camera in the long run.

I always buy Cannon batteries for my camera. I like to have numerous batteries. They are comparable pricing to stores. Arrived on time.

Higher capacity but does not say Canon on it and it looks different from the picture on the box. Time will tell if it is ok or not.
