I also was considering KOS & Anthony’s. And those products may be just fine but I was swayed to Sun Warrior- reviews, price, etc. I feel this product is very suitable for my needs- coconut chia pudding, coffee creamer, curries, general baking. I have not had any discernible issues getting this powder to dissolve in my morning coffee & the scent and subtle taste is pleasing- maybe vaguely a tad sweet but not a dealbreaker at all. I did see the “oily film” arise to the top of my coffee after a period of several minutes- that another reviewer mentioned but just re stirred my cuppa & honestly- it was not a big deal- unappetizing or producing a heavy oil slick filmyness at all. I also anticipated I may have to take my spoon to sort of smash some undissolved clumps of coconut powder against the inside of my coffee mug to get powder to completely dissolve- after watching other desertcart customer videos of this- but no, the Sun Warrior milk powder readily dissolved in my use for hot liquids.
