Great product that expands my audible world
While I did have a delay in the delivery of this product, the seller promptly engaged themselves with me and resolved my issues/concerns... The product itself exceeds my expectations. So a little about me... I am an Apple user and my hearing aids easily connect to my iPhone. My issue was two fold. In auditoriums at conferences, while I could hear, I found myself still straining to hear clearly. Additionally, if I wanted privacy on my laptop, I had to you my Bose or AirPods with my hearing aids. That didn't make sense since I knew that my hearing aids had bluetooth. This little device is perfect for my needs and I have found that the streaming quality is also much improved by using this device. Not only can I clip a business card to this and leave it at the lecturn so I don't lose it, I can ask the speaker to clip it onto their shirt or blouse and hear every word clearly (although more digitally). Additionally, I can connect the device to my laptop to bluetooth and listen to my recorded notes or movies while on the road. This little device (it's small) is perfect for my needs. I was a little skeptical with the high cost but I can't imagine myself without it now. Sure you can get by without one but if you have one, you won't ever go without. The device seems to hold a decent charge but I have not experienced a complete discharge so I can't say how long it will last without needing to recharge. I will say that it the conference is all day, you can still use this while simultaneously charging. I hope that you find this review helpful!

Do NOT Buy This. Review Explains Why
I really, really wanted this to work. Here's why you SHOULDN'T buy it: 1. If you're considering this to send input from your phone to your hearing aids, check out the FREE application called Oticon On. It works fine on Android. That app should work for you, and if you have an Apple device, you can even use it as a remote microphone. 2. I got this so that my HOH wife could better hear me talking (remote microphone). If you're considering this as a remote microphone, know this: a. Fails if my wife goes out of range and comes back. If I'm in microphone mode and my wife goes out of range, the status light blinks yellow. When she comes back, it goes to solid yellow. At that point I hold down the multi button until the status light changes to steady magenta (remote mic). At that point, the magenta light stays on for only a few seconds, then it switches back to yellow. The only way to have the microphone work again is to switch it off and on again, something that takes 26 seconds. Sometimes it even does this when I turn it on. I contacted tech support and got no response. b. Cumbersome to turn the microphone off and on. Sometimes I want to turn the microphone off for a bit when I'm eating or listening to audio on my computer, but it isn't that simple. I have to hold the multi button down for several seconds to switch to phone mode, and then do the same to switch it on again. 3. Microphone is too sensitive to my head position If I move my head even a little bit while talking, it suddenly cuts out, and my wife doesn't hear what I'm saying. But, if I start talking again, it will pick up the audio again. For example, let's say I point my head down and start counting. When I get to 10 I turn my head away and keep counting. My wife will hear 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 ... 16,17,18,19,20. Sometimes even if I don't move my head, it cuts out. SUMMARY: When it's actually working, it helps me communicate with my wife, but because of the above problems, it rarely works for more than a few minutes.

Good to use
The ConnectClip turns your hearing aids into a true wireless stereo headset: you can stream phone calls, music and other audio into both ears.

Works well unless you buy a second connect clip
I bought my first one of these, and it worked great, with the only exception being when a restaurant was insanely loud. But when background noise is only reasonably noticeable, this connect clip works magnificently. However, I did not give it a five star rating because I then bought a second connect clip, and it also worked fine, but then I went back to use the first one again and the pairing problems became nightmarish. I then had four calls with Oticon technical support who said there should not be such a problem, but there was and then I went and took everything into my audiologist who tried every combination and we ultimately concluded that notwithstanding what Oticon tells you, these things work great when you only have one of them, but don’t waste your money buying a second one if, for example, you wanted one at home and one in your car or one in your office. Just take the one connect clip with you wherever you go.

Essential unit that works well
This is a replacement for another 3 yr old ConnectClip that had worn out. This replacement is working better even after a few months use. And the replacement cost was much less than the original. However, beware that Oticon will not service units purchased from other vendors.

ConnectClips sold by Typhonn are for Turkish market, not USA! NO USA WARRANTY OR POWER SUPPLY!
The Oticon ConnectClip I received from seller "Typhonn" is for the Turkish market, not USA! 1) The included USB power supply uses the circular AC posts used in Turkey and cannot plug into USA wall outlets! 2) The User Manual is in Turkish! 3) Oticon USA will will NOT honor their 1-year Manufacturer Warranty if it is not a USA product (I called them to check)! NONE OF THESE DETAILS WERE SPECIFIED IN THE Amazon Product Description. FYI - This is the second time in a row I have ordered a ConnectClip that turned out to NOT be for USA and therefore had no Oticon USA Warranty. The prior order was from seller "FOW GLOBAL LLC" and turned out to be a ConnectClip for the German market!

Saved my music hobby
I’m in my mid eighties and pretty deaf. I play in multiple community bands and can’t understand most conductors. This device broadcasts from their lapels directly to my hearing aides and I can understand every word from them.
