C4 Ultimate Shred Pre Workout, Thermogenic, Cherry Limeade, 20 Servings

I love C4. Tastes great

Only giving it 4 starts because the flavor was very muted and nothing like the popsicle. However the caffeine is very strong! I recommend starting with a half scoop and build up if needed. A full scoop for me feels like I’m going to have a heart attack each time. Definitely take 30-40 mins before working out so your body can level out like the instructions say. If you can I recommend taking this super earlier in morning, so your body has time to burn most of the caffeine off. When I take this on cardio and leg days I tend to have a hard time sleeping at night despite drinking tons of water. That and only use for your workouts where you need that extra push to get through. In fact consume nothing else that has caffeine for the rest of the day because this will keep you awake and alert all day even when your workout is done. Yes you sweat and get warm with product. Lost quite a bit of water weight.

I am HUGE fan and long time user of C4. Loved their Fruit Punch flavored C4 Extreme. By comparison, this is the absolute WORST tasting and not even close to the orange dreamsicle legendary flavor from my childhood. This is NOT the quality I would have expected from Cellucor. it is bitter and the pepper they are using is leaving my throat on fire right now. I can not believe I spent $60 on this. Not sure who decided on reformulating this but I would stay away from this product. I would have suspected the ingredients, like the cayenne pepper they used would have been blended in well enough to ensure a smooth flavor and not a bitter taste and burn. Having just taken this pre-workout, I do have the familiar tingles letting me know it is activating. The recommended serving size is 1 scoop for 12 oz of water. What is also disappointing is the price for 20 servings at $60. Cellucor, if you're reading this and want know what Orange Dreamsicle is supposed to taste like, call Liquid IV and get a clue about this. They figured out what an orange dreamsicle tastes like in liquid form. If I can get a refund, I will. I don't care how effective it is, the taste is that bad.

Tried it today! Tastes good(orange cream) and will make you sweat. I think it’s a great product if you’re trying to lose weight .

I've been getting the cans of this stuff from time to time for years and was happy to find it in a powder to mix myself at home. Works just as well if not better as i can carbonate or not to my preference and adjust serving size to my daily needs. I enjoy the taste, including the little kick from the Cayenne. Very happy and would order again.

This flavor is absolutely insane. It is so delicious, it makes me want to go and workout. I don’t get any jitteriness or shaking with it. It mixes well in my shaker. It’s now my go to flavor.

Product is good but it has a taste that is reminiscent of a vodka mix.
