These are great collapsible folding shelves that lock into place. I installed mine on the outside of my food truck so I can offer a serving shelf for my customers. They lock into place and do not give under pressure. I like him so much I am considering buying more to install in my laundry room so I may have a extra shelf when needed.

I was a little worried that these might be too big but I think they will be perfect for my application. Seem sturdy and well made. If I have any issues I will update this post but they seem like pretty good folding shelf brackets.

I got this with the notion of locking it in at 45 degrees to set a notebook computer on. One of the pictures shows it at 45 degrees. That is not the case. It's either folded all the way down, or up at 90 degrees. I took a star away for the misleading picture, otherwise it works well as a fold down shelf.

I needed a shelf by a window for my cat to watch the bird feeder. But, I also have my office desk near that window, thus a collapsible shelf was necessary. I almost gave the install rating a 4 star, but the issues I had were because of how the shelf had to be lined up with the window sill. Not an issue with the product just the user. The shelf has no problem holding a 12 lb cat. Overall, great brackets!

We added a shelf to our camper and needed it to fold away. These brackets are easy to put up and down and holds up the cutting board we put on them to put things as we pass them out/in the camper door. They seem to be sturdy enough to with stand pressing for cutting up veggies and such. I don't think I'd try anything to heavy but they are performing for what we wanted them for.

Worked great for what I wanted it for. Needed some additional counter space in my camper but needed to be able to fold it away when not in use. One important note, you must not use a screw with a tall head in the last hole or the the brackets won’t fold all the way down. Found out the hard way after installing! There is a bar or pin in the bracket that has to be able to pass over the screw head so it can fold all the way down. Be sure to check that it will pass over the screws that you use before installing and you won’t have any problems.

These brackets seem very well made, are easy to install, and easy to extend and fold, but collapsed under about 20 lbs of weight. Far less than they claim to be able to support. I mounted these in solid wood that is approximately 2 inches thick and very substantial. They did not pull out of the wall; the hinges actually failed. Fortunately, no one was near them when it happened. I would not recommend these for holding anything with a weight of more than perhaps 10 lbs total, including the weight of the shelf. Disappointed in the performance.

Very surprised that these work as well as they do. Put In my 14 ft cargo conversion trailer. I made a folding table (18 in. wide and 5 feet long) that lays down along the wall if I need that space. ( I used 2 brackets) . It holds the table very solidly, You could probably set a 100 pound weight on it with no issues. My wall would give in before the brackets due. And for 10 or 12 bucks (cant remember what I paid) It was so much a right choice. If you are going to sit on it, maybe not a good choice, anything else, it works just like it should. and a little beyond.

Great product, very strong and nice feature with push-lever release to fold down shelf. I installed in mud room where two doors open into the room. Now, if ever we need doors fully open (large item such as appliances to move), then simply remove items from shelf and collapse to wall. Lays flat with thickness of shelf and bracket off the wall.

Used them to support perches at different house windows. This is where the cat lounges and looks out the windows.

Very nice brackets, used for holding computer on wall near TV in bedroom to watch Netflix.
