Could someone confirm if the size is 100g or 150g as both weights are listed?

Mine is 100g but it still lasted me almost 3 years!

Does it stain white/black clothing?

Not as far as I'm aware but I do stitch dress shields in most of my clothes.I DO highly recommend the spray - (that might not have been clear from my review)

is this totally aluminium free?

A note on crystal deodorants: many of these contain natural mineral salts such as potassium alum or ammonium alum. This is a form of aluminium, but the molecules are too large to be absorbed into the skin and instead form an invisible protective barrier on top of the skin.... google found me this

Which is better, the push up or the roll on? And which is the most natural ?

Push up without a doubt. This is amazing! Ive used for several years and wouldn't use anything else. It has no fragrance and leaves me BO fragrance free all day.
