**Q: What is the diameter of the hose fitting?**
A: 7mm

**Q: If the valve were pulled open and held below the level of the bag would the water pour out? Or does it require suction?**
A: When I clean the bag, I open the valve let the hose hang below the bag ,the hose needs to be below where it connects onto the bag and give bag a little squeeze and let gravity do the rest. . So yes, if the valve were open below where it connects onto the bag it will run flow. So just remember to push in, turn valve close, and put cover back on.

**Q: Will this fit standard size tube on most hydration packs (including Camelbak)? If not, is there an adapter that can be used to enable it to work?**
A: Yes it will fit Camelbak and any of the rest of the the brand name hydration tubes.

**Q: I have an outdoor castaic hydration pack, will this fit?**
A: Probably will not fit
