The failed at two points and did their best to recover. Before it was mailed out I got a phone call letting me know that the picture was wrong and that the NY did not have a red outline. I was disappointed but at least the called me before it was mailed. I received it and after putting the base together I found that the swivel plate was not in the box. So I had a base and seat and now way to connect the two. I emailed them on Thursday night. They responded Friday around noon and overnighted a swivel plate that I received on Saturday. Stool was put together that afternoon. Sometime the recovery is more important than the product. So much for being a surprise since my husband was the one who signed for the package.
