Marena FM100 Unisex Recovery Compression Minimal Coverage Face Post-Op Mask with Mid-Neck Coverage

This was recommended by my doctor. It did the job just fine but it’s not perfect. I tried a couple of other options and nothing was better than this one, especially compression wise, comfort and coverage. My biggest complaint is the Velcro. It sticks to everything… especially hair. The strap in the back also made it difficult to put my hair up that would be comfortable to sleep.

You’ll need this if you’re going to have a facelift and you might as well get it on Amazon. That way you’ll be prepared and won’t get ripped off.

I do not like is at all!! The top strap keeps going forward no matter what I do to try and make it stay and it is the most annoying thing ever! I wish I can return it but I have already washed it unfortunately.

Surprisingly comfortable for a post-surgery garment. Used after neck liposuction and Renuvion procedure. It provides good support and is easy to wear for long periods. The seams leave some indentations, but that’s expected. Overall, a solid choice for recovery.

Great set, warm and soft. I’m a fashion snob and usually wear Eileen Fisher. This brand is pretty expensive. Believe me I can’t afford to buy unless there is a sale and even then pants are going to cost $80-$100. I was very skeptical, worried the set would be made of thin cheap material and the fit would be small, that is not the case.The top is roomy and pants length is great. I’m glad I took a chance.

I purchased a FM100 Unisex Recovery Compression Face Mask (Black, Medium) Unfortunately, this garment has not worked for me during postoperative recovery. The inner chin seam sits directly against a sensitive area and creates pressure and visible creasing, even after short wear. I’ve had to turn the garment inside out just to tolerate it, which isn’t how it’s intended to be used. The Velcro closure has also been very difficult to manage, as it repeatedly catches and pulls chucks of hair during application and removal. Because of the back strap design, I’m unable to secure my hair in a way that avoids this. In addition, the fit and performance are not effective. While the medium feels too tight in certain areas, it still does not provide consistent compression where needed. The garment slips forward all the time , even when secured, and no longer stays positioned over the submental area. I chose Marena based on your reputation for quality, so this has been disappointing. Due to these issues, the garment is not usable for its intended purpose.

I don’t know what these bad reviews are about. This is perfect. I ordered this because the one I got from my surgeon was a little bit too big and it was the lighter color and I wanted a smaller fit and the black. Already my face feels better because I feel like I’m being held in better. I have a lot of swelling, and this has given me instant relief. The fabric is well-made and the Velcro does not rip out my hair like other reviews suggest. You obviously have to be mindful of your hair because of the design. No you can’t wear your hair down and be in full glam but let’s get real here. This does exactly what it is supposed to do and I highly recommend it.

I would not recommend this garment for postoperative compression after receiving submental liposuction. The material is very light, and offers virtually no compression. Additionally my hair kept getting in the velcro.
