Wow! We could not believe how much this pool cover helped our pool. First of all, right out of the box we could tell it was made of a good quality, thick material. It is super helpful that one person can cover and uncover the pool, if you leave the pump on to help move the cover around. The size is a perfect fit for our pool and we only cut a couple slits for the cover to fit around the pool ladder legs. Not only does the cover warm our pool up, it helps retain that heat during cooler nights. Added Bonus is that the cover kept a ton of oak pollen and tree blooms out of the pool this spring.

This cover fits my 15-foot round pool well and is much easier to handle than I expected. It helps hold the heat in overnight, reduces evaporation, and keeps a lot of leaves and debris out of the water. The material feels durable, and it was simple to place bubble-side down. My pool is warmer, cleaner, and finally contributing something to the household besides chemical bills. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade!

When you get it you’ll probably have to cut it to fit your pool. I suggest cutting it to fit exactly. I also suggest getting the pool cover roller to quickly roll it up when not using it. Let me just say, it will warm your pool up. We haven’t had to use our pool heater once this season because this will literally turn your pool into a spa. Yes my pool reach 100 degrees I had to take it off and let it cool down. Very nice material, very easy to put on and take off. Helps retain water. Light weight yet strong.

I should have bought this cover before I made the investment in a gas pool heater. I'm in Norcal and this is all I really need. I also added a 15ft reel and it's very easy to put the cover on and off to get the benefits of a warm pool. One of the benefits I didn't know was that the black algae I had been struggling with virtually disappears with the use of this cover. Previously, black algae would feed on the sun to grow even though Ibhad been fighting with it with Chlorine. With this cover, there is 0 black algae in my pool. I hit the pool with 10ppm Chlorine periodically to continue to clean it and kill any algae in the pool. Also, the cover is very heavy duty. Without a reel, you will be frustrated manually moving the cover in and out of the pool. Get the reel!

I end up replacing my solar covers every few years. I have purchased through various sellers/brands. This VEVOR 16 mil blue & black solar cover is much stronger than the others I have had at the same color combo & higher mil. The others resembled bubble wrap more closely, and in this one the "bubbles" seem flatter, which some how makes the cover seem thicker and sturdier, and we get less of the "bubbles" falling/shedding into the pool water, over time. Our pool has full sun the majority of the day, so the solar cover heats it and maintains the heat in the New England Summer very well! Most days it reads 89 degrees! I would have given this 5 stars, however, it did already get a small tare from pulling it from the reel after just a couple months, as they honestly ALL seem to do.

I bought other solar covers and they helped some but this one is great! This one is thicker than most of the others I tried and it seems more durable, holds heat better, and my pool is staying cleaner. I trimmed the edges to fit just inside my pool and it is working perfectly. Hopefully it lasts a few seasons.

Overall I like this cover however, the dimensions seem to be smaller than other covers I've previously bought. this 32x16 seems to be 31x15 at best which leaves sections of my pool uncovered. That said even with recent 30deg swings in temp (95-100 day to 62 overnight) I only lost about 2deg over night maintaining a pool temp of 85 at 2ft below surface ( wife says too warm but I like it :-) . Will buy bigger size in 3-4years

Nothing like my last solar cover that was easy to manage with 1 person. This cover is harder to spread out, water sits on top. Haven’t cut my ladder out yet because I’m curious if it will even warm the water before I bother cutting it.

Great value & price

Impressed with the thickness and overall quality of the material.. Air bubbles are thick material on the side that contacts the pool water. Easy to cut to size and shape of pool and lays flat every time we unroll in to close the pool at night. Our pool has never been warmer. Hope to get at least 4 summers. That’s a summer or two longer than our past solar covers.
